Hi lovely Mamas, my name is Jenn Messina and I am a Registered Dietitian here in North Vancouver. I work at Canopy Integrated Health in Lynn Valley but I also provide virtual telehealth services all over the province! When I am not working, I am chasing my energetic 3 year old boy and fiery 5 year old girl through the mountains of the North Shore. I also love to create delicious, family friendly recipes so my kitchen is my second home.

Dr. Zina Alkafaji
Certified Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry
Hi! My name is Zina Alkafaji, I am a mother of 3 young children and I am a certified specialist in Pediatric Dentistry. After I graduated from the College of Dentistry at the University of Illinois- Chicago I practiced general dentistry for 2 years before pursuing my true passion- dentistry for children. I realized that the magic of children kept me enchanted and challenged at work each day. I wanted to become an expert in children and their little teeth so I spent 3 extra years studying at UBC to become certified in pediatric dentistry and received my masters in Craniofacial Science. When I’m not working I enjoy exploring the beauty of the west coast with my husband and children, I love cycling and skiing the local mountains.
